Filter replacement cycle

Air cleaner

Under normal circumstances every 250/ hour clean once, compressed air pressure can not exceed 0.2~03MPa air gun and filter keep 5cm(cm) do not use gasoline or water wash brush.In general, replacement is usually recommended every approximately 500 hours worked.The replacement period of equipment that often works in harsh environments should not exceed 250 hours.(Desert, tunnel, dust heavy construction site, etc.)

Oil filter

Oil filter element is generally replaced once every 250~500 hours

Diesel filter

The service life of the diesel filter should not exceed 500 hours

Hydraulic oil filter

The recommended replacement time of oil inlet/oil suction filter element is 2000-3000 hours

The rated flow rate of oil return filter element/pilot filter element/pipeline oil return filter element is 40-400L/min;The recommended replacement time is 500 hours
