1.1 L-CKD 220 gear oil is recommended for this machine. The gear oil must be replaced 8 hours after the first use of the new machine, 50

hours after the second operation, and every 150 hours after the subsequent operation. In addition, the gear oil must be replaced after a

long time.The oil consumption of each type of vibration hammer gear is as follows: model/fuel amount

1.2 The metal powder produced by the box in the process of operation, by the magnet magnet suction, keep the gear oil clean, thereby reducing

the magic damage of the parts, so every time the replacement of gear oil must clean the magnet

1.3 The oil return filter element and rotary pipeline filter (oil discharge filter) shall be replaced every 2000 hours after the new machine is used

for 500 hours.

1.4 After 5000 hours of work, check the bearing wear condition and replace it according to the condition. If not replaced, check the bearing

wear condition every 500 hours.

1.5 Fixture 4 pins shall be replaced according to the wear condition.

1.6 The fixture tooth plate should be replaced with a new one according to the apparent wear.

1.7 The 5-in-1 oil valve block shall be cleaned every other year, and the clamping cylinder shall be cleaned every five years. After cleaning, the

seals shall be replaced, and the leak-proof test shall be conducted after assembly.

1.8 The hydraulic tubing must be replaced when the steel wire bare leakage breaks, and the hydraulic tubing must be replaced every five years.

1.9 Vibration hammer seals shall be replaced as appropriate and must be replaced every five years.

1.10 The hydraulic oil must be filtered by professional equipment once every other year, the cleanliness must meet the NAS 8 standard, and must

be replaced when the hydraulic oil is emulsified or has a large amount of impurities, no more than five years must be replaced, the hydraulic

oil label is L-HM 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
